The book I am going to recommend is The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan. The gist to me means like the topic, the main idea. The gist of this book is when Percy Jackson finds out he has special powers. This book is like a twist of genres. It is fairy tale and fantasy. Those two genres interest me.I liked the book because it was very interesting. I absolutely love interesting books because they hook me in. I like crazy, random, and interesting books. People who like that kind of stuff are people who would like this book. I would recommend this book to those kind of people.
