The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks
I have recently read a realistic fiction book called The Last Song written by Nicholas Sparks. Ronnie is the main character, and her parents are divorced. Ronnie and her brother, Jonah, are sent to North Carolina to live with their dad for the summer. While in North Carolina, Ronnie meets a boy named Will, and they develop a loving relationship with each other. They start having problems when, Steve, Ronnie and and Jonah's dad, develops a sickening disease called cancer. What will happen to Ronnie and Will's relationship? Will Steve survive his cancer? Read The Last Song to find out what happens.
I did like this book. I enjoyed it because i can relate to multiple things. Other people who might like this book will be teenage girls, because that is what this book is about, a teenager's summer. They would enjoy it because everyone would probably have something to relate to.
